ELOP receives patent protection in China

OSLO: ELOP AS (ELOP-ME) has been informed by the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) that the patent covering a rolling ultrasound monitoring system has been granted.

This patent has previously been granted by the European Patent Office (EPO), as well as in the United States, Canada and Japan.

“ELOP is pleased to report that our solutions has received patent protection also in the large and attractive Chinese market. It demonstrates the level of innovation and novelty in our technology and further expands the commercial potential,” says Kjersti Kanne, CEO of ELOP.

ELOP AS is a Norwegian tech company established in 2013. ELOP has developed and patented an ultrasound technology for inspection and analysis of critical infrastructure.
