SYDNEY: Australian wagering technology firm BetMakers Technology Group Ltd has signed a definitive agreement to acquire certain assets and liabilities of the Las Vegas Dissemination Company, the company announced on Thursday.
The acquisition is designed to give BetMakers direct access to major U.S. casino operators and Nevada wagering customers, strengthening its foothold in the United States. LVDC, established in 1988, provides race information, off-track betting processing, and common-pool wagering services to sportsbooks, racebooks, and online platforms across Nevada.
BetMakers said the deal is expected to contribute approximately $4.5 million in revenue and be at least adjusted EBITDA break-even in the first year, based on LVDC’s historical performance and assuming existing contracts are transferred.
“Nevada represents one of the largest blue-sky opportunities in the U.S. market,” said BetMakers CEO Jake Henson. “LVDC provides not only market access, but access at scale through the most respected casino groups in the country.”
The acquisition remains subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions, with completion anticipated early in the second half of fiscal year 2026.
BetMakers, listed on the Australian Securities Exchange, provides B2B wagering technology and services in more than 30 countries.
