SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: Diverger Limited notifies that following the resignation of Mr Kevin White, Mr Peter Brook who was appointed as Independent Non-executive director on 20 December 2021 has accepted the appointment as the Company’s Independent Chairman.
Mr Brook has said, “The Board is very motivated to drive and accelerate the Company’s step change strategic plan to become the leading non-institutional provider of services to the advice and accounting industries”.
Mr White resigned as Chairman and director of all entities within the Diverger Limited Group with effect from today’s date. Mr White was appointed as Managing Director in May 2013 and later became Chairman of the Group in March 2015 following the completion of the Hayes Knight NSW transaction. Over this time in his role as Chairman, Mr White has overseen several acquisitions and growth initiatives with the most recent being the HUB24 transaction.
