LONDON, UK: Live Company Group plc has appointed Stephen Birrell as an independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect, a news release said.
Stephen is an experienced Non-Executive and is currently a Non-Executive Director of Ascent Resources PLC and holds an Executive Director role at Ossian Energy Ltd. He has a BSc Honours in Applied Geology, a background in geoscience bringing broad experience of Corporate Governance, Project Management, Stakeholder Relations, Joint Venture Management and Business Development.
In addition to Stephen’s expertise in business performance optimisation and development, he has a background in staging and promoting live events and negotiating “rights agreements”.
