LONDON: Aeorema Communications plc (AIM: AEO), a leading strategic communications group, reported record revenue and strong operational momentum in its unaudited interim results for the 12 months ended June 30, 2025, underscoring the success of its restructuring program and international expansion.

Revenue reached £20.4 million, edging past last year’s £20.3 million, while underlying profit before tax rose to £615,000 from £437,000 in FY2024. Reported profit before tax stood at £366,000, reflecting restructuring costs. The company maintained a robust cash position of £3.1 million, with an average balance of £2.1 million over the period.

Aeorema declared an interim dividend of 3 pence per share, payable November 24, 2025, continuing its policy of shareholder returns ahead of its extended 18-month reporting cycle ending December 2025.

Operationally, the Group delivered standout performance at the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity 2025, securing new clients and confirming a record number of re-bookings for 2026. Aeorema also expanded its global footprint with engagements at CES Las Vegas, the World Economic Forum in Davos, and other high-profile events.

Industry accolades included a third consecutive micebook Award and Cheerful Twentyfirst being named C&IT Global Agency of the Year 2024. The Board was further strengthened by the appointment of Alan Charlton as Non-Executive Director, bringing expertise in strategy, M&A, and operational efficiency.

Looking ahead, Aeorema cited strong forward visibility with contracts signed or in advanced negotiation for 2026. The company aims to enhance margins and efficiency in FY2026, building on the nearly completed cost-reduction and rebalancing program.

Chairman Michael Hale said the Group is “set fair to deliver on our ambitions,” emphasizing resilience, creative excellence, and sustainable growth amid global uncertainties.
