NEW YORK: Vellox Group, a leader in aviation operations software, announced Thursday it has acquired French-based ADSoftware, a provider of CAMO and maintenance software.
The acquisition expands Vellox’s platform into the maintenance domain, creating a single solution for aviation operators to manage flight operations and airworthiness. The company said this integration will eliminate operational silos and offer unified workflows.
“ADSoftware is a natural fit for Vellox’s disruptor vision,” said Aleksandra Banas, CEO of Vellox Group. “Together, we’re reshaping how aviation operators run their businesses from the cockpit to the hangar—with a single, integrated platform.”
ADSoftware’s flagship ERP, AIRPACK, will be rebranded under the Vellox umbrella. All ADSoftware employees will remain in place and join Vellox. The company stated that ADSoftware’s more than 70 customers will now have access to Vellox’s global infrastructure and 24/7 support.
Paul Yancich, managing director at Arcadea Group, an investor in Vellox, praised the acquisition.
“ADSoftware exceeds every benchmark we set for our investments—founder-led, product-first, and beloved by customers,” Yancich said.
Vellox said the acquisition strengthens its position in mission-critical aviation sectors like EMS, defense, and industrial operations. The company expects the unified platform to provide enhanced predictive analytics and compliance tools by integrating flight, crew, and maintenance data.
Inès Gur, acting managing director of ADSoftware, called the merger a “major milestone.”
“We’re excited to scale globally while staying true to our roots in innovation, product excellence, and long-term customer partnerships,” Gur said.
