ELIQUENT Life Sciences, a global regulatory consulting firm for the life sciences industry, has announced the acquisition of RApport Global Strategic Services, a UK-based firm that helps life science innovators get and keep authorization for their products worldwide.
The deal is a major step in ELIQUENT’s international growth and expansion of its European capabilities. It also enhances ELIQUENT’s portfolio of regulatory consulting services and enables the delivery of end-to-end regulatory solutions across global markets.
The deal was advised by BDO, Simons Muirhead Burton, Indus Valley Advisors, Slaughter and May, and Deloitte.
