OTC Industrial Technologies acquires Global Energy Solutions
OKLAHOMA CITY: OTC Industrial Technologies, one of the largest U.S. industrial distributors and service providers, has acquired Global Energy Solutions, a regional rotating equipment sales, service and repair company serving the Central United States.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition expands OTC’s rotating equipment service and repair network, increasing its presence in Oklahoma and Arkansas while adding motor, drive and pump expertise. Global Energy Solutions operates from facilities in Oklahoma City and Fort Smith, Arkansas, and provides in-house medium-voltage electric motor and pump repairs alongside 24/7 field service.
“GES strategically increases the OTC service presence in Oklahoma and Arkansas, while adding proven motor, drive and pump expertise and a team whose customer service culture matches OTC’s,” Brett Stanton, president of OTC’s Rotating Equipment Group, said in a statement.
Founded in 2010 by Garrett and Kristi Campbell, Global Energy Solutions serves industrial customers with scheduled maintenance and emergency repair services from a single provider. The company will continue operating from its existing facilities.
“Partnering with OTC is the perfect next step for Global Energy Solutions,” the Campbells said in a joint statement. “This partnership brings expanded resources, enhanced operational capabilities and strategic alignment that will allow us to continue delivering exceptional service to our customers. We are incredibly proud of what our team has built and excited for the opportunities ahead.”
OTC, established in 1963, said the combination of Global Energy Solutions’ regional expertise and in-house capabilities with OTC’s broader technical resources and national network will give customers expanded support while preserving local service relationships.
The acquisition is part of OTC’s ongoing strategy to build a national rotating equipment service and repair network, the company said.
