LONDON: abrdn European Logistics Income plc said Monday it has sold two French warehouses for €15.6 million as part of its ongoing managed wind-down.
The properties, located in Bruges near Bordeaux and La Crèche near Niort, were acquired by their tenant, Dachser France. Together, the cross-dock parcel facilities provide more than 10,000 square meters of lettable space and were built in 2005 and 2014.
The disposals were completed in line with the company’s third-quarter 2025 estimated net asset value.
With this transaction, abrdn European Logistics Income has now sold 22 of its original 27 assets, generating €415 million in gross sales proceeds before debt repayment.
The company said another asset sale is expected to close later this month, while the remaining four properties are under offer and anticipated to complete by the end of the first quarter of 2026. Further updates, including details of the next capital return to shareholders, will follow.
