SAN FRANCISCO – Family safety app maker Life360 Inc said on Tuesday it has agreed to acquire advertising technology company Nativo for approximately $120 million in cash and stock, a move aimed at accelerating the growth of its advertising business.

The acquisition will combine Life360’s first-party data on family locations and behavior with Nativo’s network of premium publisher websites and its ad-tech platform, the company said. The deal is expected to close in January 2026.

Life360, listed on Nasdaq and the Australian Securities Exchange, said the deal will help brands connect with families more effectively both within its app and on external platforms including connected TV (CTV), mobile, and web environments.

“Acquiring Nativo is an exciting step forward as we build a durable, mission-aligned advertising business,” said Life360 CEO Lauren Antonoff. “This acquisition accelerates our roadmap, adding capabilities that typically take platforms years to develop.”

Nativo CEO Justin Choi said the combination would allow the company to apply its advertising philosophy “at scale” by integrating with Life360’s family-focused network.

Life360 said the deal will help it build a “full-funnel, family-safe” advertising platform that uses real-world location insights and programmatic ad expertise without disrupting the user experience.

The company reported approximately 91.6 million monthly active users as of Sept. 30, 2025. Life360’s financial advisor is Stifel, while Nativo is advised by Perella Weinberg Partners.
