LONDON, UK: UK-based global games label and publisher, Team17 Group plc, has announced the appointment of Steve Bell as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective from January 1, 2024. Bell, who will join the company’s Board as CEO Designate on September 4, 2023, brings a wealth of experience in digital marketing and brand strategy.
Steve Bell is the co-founder of Iris Worldwide Holdings Limited, a renowned global integrated marketing agency specializing in brand and digital marketing strategy. With over two decades of experience, Bell has played instrumental roles in leading Iris to become a top player in the industry. As Global Group Chief Executive since 2021, he oversaw the agency’s work with major international brands and spearheaded its commercial and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) strategies.
Team17’s current CEO, Debbie Bestwick MBE, will continue in her role until December 31, 2023, ensuring a smooth transition and handover period with Bell. Bestwick will then transition to a Non-Executive Director position on the Board from January 1, 2024.
