Mayfield Group expands manufacturing capability with acquisition of BE Switchcraft
ADELAIDE: Mayfield Group Holdings Limited (ASX: MYG) announced Monday it has agreed to acquire BE Switchcraft Pty Ltd, a South Australian electrical switchboard manufacturer, in a deal worth $7 million.
