Mueller Industries acquires Elkhart Products Corporation
Mueller Industries Inc. (NYSE: MLI) has acquired Elkhart Products Corporation (EPC), a U.S. manufacturer of copper solder fittings, with two manufacturing locations in Elkhart, Indiana, and Fayetteville, Arkansas.
