AMSTERDAM: Gimv Anchor Investments has acquired a stake in Batenburg Techniek, a leading Dutch provider of industrial electrification and automation solutions, the companies announced Wednesday. The Rotterdam-based company, which reported €342 million in revenue in 2025 and employs more than 1,300 people, will retain VP Capital and management as co-shareholders.
