ASSA ABLOY acquires U.S. padlock maker PACLOCK
STOCKHOLM: ASSA ABLOY has acquired Pacific Lock Company, a U.S. manufacturer of padlocks and security hardware, the access solutions company announced.
PACLOCK, founded in 1998, employs about 40 people at its headquarters and factory in Valencia, California. The company will join the Residential Business Segment within ASSA ABLOY’s Americas Division.

PACLOCK reported sales of about $17 million in 2025, with a strong EBIT margin. ASSA ABLOY said the acquisition will be accretive to earnings per share from the start.
Lucas Boselli, executive vice president and head of the Americas Division, said PACLOCK is known for high-quality security products that combine reliability, durability and innovation, supported by U.S.-based manufacturing and customer service.
