STOCKHOLM: Enersize Oyj announced Friday that Chief Executive Officer Fredrik Arrigucci has resigned, with a three-month notice period during which he will remain in the role with reduced responsibilities.
The Board of Directors said it will use the transition period to evaluate the company’s leadership structure. Arrigucci’s departure comes as the Finnish-listed industrial software firm reports improved earnings and cash flow in the first quarter of 2026 compared with the same period a year earlier, driven by cost reductions and higher sales.
“Enersize is in a stronger position today than it was a year ago,” said Board Chairman Alexander Fällström. “The Board’s focus is now to ensure that the Company has the right leadership and organisation to fully realise the potential created during this transformation.”
Arrigucci, who led the company through a shift away from consulting services toward a product- and technology-focused model, said he was proud of what the organization had accomplished.
“I am proud of what we have accomplished and look forward to supporting the Board and the Company throughout the transition period,” Arrigucci said.
The board said operations are not expected to be materially affected by the leadership change.
Enersize, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm First North Growth Market under the ticker ENERS, develops software and tools for improving energy efficiency in industrial compressed air systems. The company has been expanding a partner-based commercial model, including a collaboration with ONE Nordic that the board described as progressing according to plan.
The company is also continuing work on the VISA project, partially funded by the Swedish Energy Agency, which aims to develop analytics and energy assessment capabilities independent of third-party software.
