MELBOURNE: AdNeo Ltd (ASX:AD1) has completed its second acquisition of the quarter, purchasing all assets and intellectual property of Aspire Learning Resources, a not-for-profit provider of vocational education content, in a deal valued at under AU$100,000.
The acquisition follows AdNeo’s August purchase of Learnt Group, which included Catapult, Edify, Violet AI, and Vasto. Aspire’s integration into Catapult is expected to significantly expand AdNeo’s reach across Australia’s vocational education and training (VET) sector, which includes over 4,000 RTOs and TAFEs.
Aspire, with over 30 years of experience, brings a robust library of accredited training content across business services, community services, automotive, and early childhood education. The assets were acquired from administrators without liabilities, enabling immediate margin accretion and operational scale.
“This is a high-value, accretive acquisition for AdNeo shareholders,” said CEO Angus Washington. “We now own the two largest suppliers of compliant content in the vocational education space, positioning Catapult as a strategic supplier in the AI-era of workforce transformation.”
Aspire’s content will be cross-sold to Catapult’s 450+ clients, leveraging existing systems to deliver cost efficiencies and expand market share.
AdNeo continues to target high-growth SaaS and services businesses, with a strategic focus on AI-driven workforce solutions.
