
LONDON: Ideagen, a global provider of compliance and risk management software, has acquired Reactec, a leading developer of wearable technology and data analytics for workplace safety, in a move aimed at enhancing health and safety solutions for high-risk industries.
The acquisition marks Ideagen’s sixth in 2025 and follows its recent purchase of WorkSafe Guardian. It further expands the company’s environmental health and safety (EHS) offerings, particularly for sectors such as mining, construction and manufacturing.
Reactec’s wearable devices and cloud-based analytics help businesses proactively manage exposure to workplace hazards including vibration, dust, noise and proximity risks. The integration of Reactec’s technology into Ideagen’s platform is expected to provide customers with advanced tools to monitor and mitigate safety threats in real time.
