PARIS: The Azur Selection, a leading Greek hotel company, has announced its entry into the French market by acquiring three prestigious hotels in Cannes from Hôtels Du Groupe Boucau.
The deal, financed by a bank loan, reflects the company’s ambition to expand beyond Greece and offer unparalleled experiences to its guests.
Mr. Georges Arvanitakis, Chairman of The Azur Selection, expressed his excitement about the acquisition, which he said aligns with the company’s vision.
The Azur Selection, listed on the Access+ market of Euronext Paris, owns and operates several successful hotels and entertainment facilities in Greece.
