SYDNEY: M8 Sustainable Limited announced Mark Puzey has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Mr Puzey was appointed as an independent non-executive director on 9 December 2019 at the time of the Company’s listing on the ASX. He is also Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee and a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
Mr Puzey is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience with a broad base of financial skills in a variety of industries having spent 33 years with KPMG, including 18 years as a partner.
Mr Puzey’s role at KPMG included internal and external audit, governance, strategy, business transformation, risk management, IT advisory and management consulting experience in Australia, Asia and London.
He is currently Audit & Risk Committee Chair and non-executive director of ASX listed DUG Technology Limited, and non-executive director and One-Future Committee Chair of Gold Corporation.
Mr Puzey is a Fellow of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD) and Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (FCA).
